Cheryl- My elder d would be so jealous of you and your horses. She owned one when we lived in Papua New Guinea. His name was Stryder, and she loved that horse. Horses are her favorite subject to paint. She's working on one right now that has four horses in it. Hopefully she'll bring it with her when she comes on 9/6, so that she can finish it. In fact, I'm going to ask her about that.
Have to take d to work today and then I have a proctor job this afternoon. Honey and d will use the leftover taco fixings. I made tacos last night but figuring they will eat burritos so they don't have to fry the corn tortillas.
Looks like Kallee is having a good time. So glad she can get away.

Is your elder DD coming home soon, Rox? I will be adding all of the things ahead of you in this endeavor. I truly hope that the sisters will come to an understanding that they're both adults and can get along. Sometimes it doesn't happen til they're adults. Heck, I'm 52 and my female sibling is 4 years younger. No love lost there.

The weather is perfect here. I hope it lasts through the weekend. Not much going on here this weekend. Grocery shopping tonight after work and the gym. Always fun after midnight at Hy-Vee and Wal-Mart.
No, Jenni, I didn't get any b/day cards. I've asked Honey to not to. Have come to the conclusion that they just get thrown out anyway. Honey and d had a joke at his birthday. D said to her dad, "Take me to the store and I'll pick out a card to show to you, and we'll call it your birthday card." We all had a laugh over that one.
Leora- How long do your migraines last? I don't remember how long my mom's lasted. She usually took a couple of Excedrin Extra Strength and then disappeared to her room. Don't know if she ever got anything stronger from her doc. What time do you get off work? Hy-Vee at midnight? When do you sleep?
I get off work at 10:30 then to the gym until midnight, then every other Friday grocery shop after that, then home and put away cold stuff then sleep. I don't get much some days. Usually from 2 or 3 until 7 or 8.
The migraine can last a week or more sometimes. I have many meds for them dependin on severity and intensity.
