Congrats on QUINOA....good thinkun. Succatash (sp) is lima beans & corn mixed together (or at least that's what it was when my grandmother fixed it.) Probably was "invented" when someone didn't have enough of EITHER to feed the family so they threw it together and made up a name....lol !
