    New to GF Christmas Concerns

    Can I just substitute gluten free flour for my traditional Christmas cookies, pie crust, etc --will they turn out the same? What about things like crumb topping on my Sweet Potato Casserole? Will everything taste funny?

    No, usually you cannot do I 1-to-1 substitution. I would recommend checking www.glutenfreeonashoestring.com . She has a lot of great recipes, and she has a section explaining different gf flours, etc. Good luck!

    Just found out that I have celiac and must be gluten free.  Glad to learn of this helpful website.
