I subscribe to Taste of Home, Simple and Delicious and Healthy Cooking. I have yet to see any gluten free recipes in any of the three magazines. If I am missing this, please let me know. Since this is a very serious health concern/allergy, why don't we see any sort of gluten free section or indicators of gluten free recipes. They have diabetic sections and heart healthy, what about gluten free.... :(
I subscribe to Country Woman, and there were several gluten free recipes published in last month's issue. You may be able to find them online, one was for bread, and the other was for a strawberry/rhubarb crisp type of desert. The bread was fairly easy to make, and taste pretty good too!

Thanks. Will have to do some searching for it. :)
I used to get Healthy Cooking and there was usually a two page spread of gluten-free recipes in those. That was at least a year and a half ago, so it could have changed. I tried one of the recipes, but all the rest called for SO many weird ingredients that I never purchase, so I never gave any of the other recipes a try. I also completely agree with you...if there can be sections and recipes marked for heart health, diabetes, and other things, why not Gluten-Free?
I also subscribe to Healthy Cooking, and they have a GF section in every issue! Also, many of the recipes are GF but are not labeled as such (just like all diabetic friendly recipes are not labeled). I usually go through each issue when I receive it and mark all the recipes that are GF or easily adaptable so I can save time when I look later.
