CATALINA CHICKEN BREASTS

 

 

2 teaspoon oil

6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2
pounds)

½ cup Catalina dressing

½ cup grape or apricot jam

4-1/2 Tablespoons (1/2 of a package) onion soup mix.

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.  Add chicken, cook 4 minutes on each side or
until browned on both sides.  Transfer chicken to a  greased 3 qt. casserole dish.

 

Mix dressing, jam and soup mix, pour over chicken.

 

Bake 35-40 minutes or until chicken is done.

 

Serve with hot cooked rice.
