That sounds good. I need to make some early morning grocery store runs to see if I can find some marked-down meat. I was pretty stocked up for a while, but have depleted my stash. We have a friend who lives on the lake that keeps bringing us perch he's caught. Have several good batches of that in the freezer, but just not wanting to get that hot in the kitchen right now. I'll have more free time next week, so maybe I'll get back to my early morning shopping for bargains. Pulled pork sounds good, or maybe some pork chops...
I've got a couple of pkgs of the P chops too, that I just seem to leave - there's 4 in a package, so too big for just me, and then I forget about them when I have company. I want the kids to come get some of this meat before we get the next batch . Seems like I use the burger mostly 0r soup bones.
