Good morning all. Just a quick note to get us started. I was just too tired last night to post anything. We took the girls to story time at the library and Savannah went running to her mommy. I had to cancel the play date for today because the girls both started colds yesterday. Emelie is really crabby. Will try to be back later but can't promise.

It almost makes me eager for fall.
Yesterday Holley and I enjoyed the pool and she worked on her tan. I can’t sit in the sun now. We had lunch together and she went home to rest before going to work.
Viny you be careful we don’t want anything to happen to you now or ever. Our trip is going to be here soon.
I went to Halas farm market yesterday to buy CT. grown tomatoes and corn. Mo went along for the ride. He loves being in the car. He is very well behaved too. He just sits in the back and looks out the window. What a good boy he is.
I can’t wait to have my first BLT of the summer.

I’m sorry the girls are getting colds again. With the heat and humidity here I have days that I am constantly blowing my nose. It can be miserable.
Verna, have you heard from Rob? Is he feeling any better?

Sue, beautiful picture this morning! Sorry the girls are starting on a summer cold. Hope you & Jack stay well thru it. How are the kids doing on selling their homes? Will you wind up helping them pack & move when the time comes?
Shirley, wish we could meet you out there too. Not a good time of the year for us when you have family commitments at the same time. Mo has been a blessing in your life. He sounds like such a good boy and so much company. Good news that Flo will be so close to you now. Will she be able to get moved by the 20th? Sounds like a little to quick to me. I know I wouldn't be able to do it..... We've been enjoying tomatoes for a few weeks now. A few too many zukes right now. I need to call my sister & see if she's ready for more.
I better get going. This week is our annual clearance sale and we are short handed.. One of the guys is on his honeymoon and another delivery guy has taken a job that pays a whole lot more than he made at the store. We did get another part time young man but he just started on Monday. All will work out, just a little hairy right now.

Good morning everyone did not sleep very well last night we unloaded lots of lumber for the storage shed late yesterday and my arms hurt all night long getting so out of shape.
Sue love the pic this morning we will be seeing that in just a few weeks are first week will be spent in northern MN will be picking up my sister there and going to a wedding on the 25th and hoping to get in some fishing during that time also.
Verna we should be at my cousins place in Oregon around the 10th of September and will be at Hood River 16th thru the 19th if something is going on the 15th could make it but didn't make any sleeping arrangements for that night let me know hopefully will keep up with things taking my lap-top.
I really need to get to F&F and buy 2 new tires and a battery for the lawnmower think I will do that today nothing much going on and Pat is headed out for bingo sounds like a good plan.

It will be hot again today. But, the weather is supposed to begin cooling off some. I've stayed indoor's most of the summer, so it hasn't been that bad.

Shirley, I guess I am not really packing, just kind of putting what I think I might pack to the side of the other clothes. I know I am excited.
Well, the kids went to school for half a day yesterday, then they Aare off today, and go back tomorrow and Friday. We have so many remote areas in this county that they have a lot of snow days.
They all seemed excited enough about going back. Esp. Aiden, he said I like it. I think he is just excited about seeing his friend's and playing. He is not interested in reading, etc.
Sue. I hope those babies don't have what I had. So many allergies and etc. around here.

Hi. Had a planning evening at work so it was a marathon day. And I was tired to start with! I had a nasty dizzy spell last evening. Never happened before, so I was imagining all kinds of things. But my BP was excellent, and I am back to normal today.
It is quite chilly outside, and it feels good! Feels like fall already.
We will spend the weekend picking berries at the cabin. I am trying to talk myself into being happy about that!

Hello everyone. Late getting here today as I had a meeting scheduled this morning. Then I went for a drive. Cloudy here and a few (very few) raindrops have fallen. I feel very tired today....didn't sleep real well. Cooler today too....a welcome relief.
Not chatty right now. Thanks for the nice comments about DGD and her little family. How I'd love to hug those babies! Had a surprise visit late yesterday from my grandson....he was in the area on a job and stopped by to chat for a few minutes.
Perhaps tomorrow I'll be in a better frame of mind. Pretty sure it's due to my Barb finding a house that she loves and it's so far (10 miles...inconvenient miles) and she just loves the house. I drove by today and wasn't impressed. I guess we all want different things but this house sure doesn't "look like" her. But I do support her decision to chose whatever makes her happy. But I'm still bummed!
See y'all tomorrow...there's a pile of laundry wanting to be folded and put away. Have a good evening....

lusi ~ Maybe your vertigo was an inner ear thing? Or, possibly dehydration? Or, maybe its positional vertigo. Whatever the cause, I hope it doesn’t happen again.

Barb ~ Thanks for sending the article. I really enjoyed reading it - as did my boss, too! The car dealership that they mentioned in Palouse - one of my good friends and her husband own that.
Verna ~ I’m sorry that Barb found the house she loves so far away from you. It must be really nice on the inside? Have you been able to check out the inside online? I hope that you get out of your down mood soon.
I don’t think I will be getting to HR until Sunday, either. For one thing, I don’t have a reservation for Saturday night. Plus, if I am coming without dh, he will most likely still be harvesting, and I don’t want to leave him to fend for himself, etc. (while he is working such long hours) for more than a couple of days. Its just not fair to him. Plus, as I mentioned yesterday, if I wait to come on Sunday, I can make some food to bring along to help out Barb.
