Good happy morning Junies, the sun is shining and I shall get out later and putty around the yard and just do a few little things to finish my yardwork, as it is going to be raining for 3 days this weekend, I can do plenty inside the house then, I am on strike today, girls, Jolene M convinced me, lol. Today I do what I want to do, hurrah for womanhood!!

Leftovers tonight, we will use up the leftovers before I buy my big load of groceries at the end of the month, I don't like to waste food. I made a nice Honey Cornbread yesterday (Krusteaz), my favorite), bad June I know, I don't care, lol, and it was so good this morning for breakfast. Margie-Sorry you didn't sleep well last night, what you need is a good little sip of brandy or wine before bed and relax before you sleep, lol.

Theresa- You and your family are in my thoughts today girl, go home and kick your shoes off and lie down afterwards on your bed and rest, it will ease the stress off of you.

Myrtle-So happy to hear DB is getting better, Hurrah, he's a trooper and a strong guy, he will be up and running before long, lol. Waving to all the rest of the Junes, Oh, Becky, I saw in the flyer this morning that the egg cartons at Knight's Supply sell for $35.99 for a 125 egg cartons, I hope you don't happen to pay that much for yours, that's steep, nothing like fresh eggs to make a cake with especially an Angel Food Cake. Bye for now, girls.

Popping back in.  Since getting off at around 6 (right after I posted this morning), I have been to 3 grocery stores and the Dollar Tree.  I have a load of laundry in the dryer, I have browned 3 pounds of ground beef and will do 3 more when I get off of here.  Just need those first 3 pounds to cool down so I can divvy them up and get them frozen.  I have made 2 LARGE baking sheets of Italian bread crumbs plus a small pan of ranch bread crumbs  and have one more LARGE baking sheet (will probably do plain) worth to do.  I will also be making up ranch burger patties that I will freeze for our camping trip the end of May.  I am going to do up 3 pounds of meatballs as well.  Then I will divvy up the ground turkey I bought this morning at Safeway.  Don't think I'll pre-cook it as I am in so much pain.  My knee has been tingling, and I am hoping my back holds out to finish up the kitchen work.  It is SCREAMING.  Think I might get one of my Lidacaine patches and some ibuprofen before I go back out to the kitchen.

Supper tonight is going to be pizza from Walmart.  I still have to go to Walmart too.  My fridge is FULL, so I don't want to go too early as I will have nowhere to keep the pizza till time to cook it.  I am thinking about heading out just before Caitlyn gets home.

Guess I better get off of here.  That meat isn't going to take care of itself.  Have a great afternoon all.

    Hello Again Ladies,

It's been another busy but productive day for me. I'm happy to say, I've got two rooms of spring cleaning done. I decided to make homemade mac and cheese to go with the fish tonight. I just finished making a salad to go with it.  The sun goes in every once in a while, and it's cool outside. Rain is in the forecast for the weekend, but we really need it.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Friday. We all sound like we're having a busy day!

    HUGS!

Well, I am doing a whole lot of nothing. Did 3 mandatories online for the hospital, hunted and finally found papers that back up expenses I paid out for the repairs from the hail storm. Spent a lot of time online and every other way last couple months trying to track the roofing company so I can give most of this check to them and try to get reimbursed for what I spent. They still aren't answering messages or e-mails and the day I went to their office it was still there, but they weren't. Finally called insurance section of mortgage company in SC and now they are trying to track them down for me. They said they could reissue it part to me and them maybe but they have to make sure it is the right place first. What a mess. About ready to give up and mail them the check back. Grrrr.

Still gotta do laundry (at least 2 loads). Went through a couple of mags and will read some. Right now I am going to swim.

Might put the steaks in the freezer and just make orange chicken for dinner. Ended up with tuna casserole last night and it was a good one, so now I have two good ones.

Gonna go swim now. Supposed to be 100 today and 102 tomorrow.

Oh yes, still have to juice the lemons I picked off tree yesterday soon. My arm is all scratched where I picked them.

Not sure what else I will get into but defiinitely have to do laundry as most of my uniforms are dirty at the minute.

Hi everybody!  I finally got here a little earlier. It's 70 degrees here and no rain.So nice and the kids didn't have school.Another budget cut day. They pretty much get every other Friday off. Tonight we are going to a prom at the nursing home my mother-in-law is at.She is so excited. I've never actually been to a prom before. When I was in high school my parents were divorced and we lived with my mom right across the street from the high school. When my mom went to work in the morning I would walk out the door with her and when she drove away I would turn right back around go home lol. I sure paid for that by having to go to summer school or Credit Recovery as they call it now.   Margie have you ever tried melatonin to help you get to sleep? It works for me. You can get it at Walmart or any store.  I hope everybody has a great weekend. My date will be here soon so I better get ready for the prom!   Lizzy
