    Good Morning Junies!

I got an email last night from Daniel, saying that Margie wasn't feeling well and should start post for her this morning.

{{{margie}}} hope you are ok gf, get better quick, luv ya!

It's a chilly morning, we have 4º. We got about 3 inches of snow yesterday and it blew around alot as it got windy in the afternoon, glad we were home before the wind started. Sam looks cute with his short hair again. We stopped and picked him up some new tennies, found AVIA's on sale at Shopko! Then we ran to Aldi's and picked up a bunch of groceries and then by Taco Bell and grabbed some eats for everybody and then on home. When we got there Ryan was there. Came to clean his new rims for his truck, he was taking it in for new tires later. He took Ben with him and Ben spent the night there. Didn't really do much of anything, Sam and I watched Toby Keith's Beer for my Horses. We laughed alot. Cute movie. He won't win any acting awards, but is definitely eye candy.

Today we are supposed to get some more snow. Don't have anything planned today. I've been craving homemade mac n cheese, so may make some of that. Looks to be a lazy day here.

{{Cherie}} Take care and take it easy gf, that is a long time to wait for your surgery.

Sounds like alot of us had some venting to do yesterday. Good place for us all to come and get a little off our chest once in awhile! Hugs to all of you.

I'm drawing a blank now on what else I wanted to say.

    Have a wonderful Sunday ladies!

    BIG HUGS to all ~ ~ ~ ~

Good morning all.  Much warmer here this am and to get into low 40's today.  Then drop again and to have possibly rain/snow showers.  Knowing us it'll be rain that will freeze on the streets tonight.  Have church and no one here for lunch so will head out to return some things later and drop in on the girls (both have colds) and also maybe Scott and Kristine and drop off cookies for them. .Then home.  Ed has off tomorrow, I have one pt in the afternoon.  Lunch is cauliflower ham casserole.  Only Ed and i like it so good time to have it.

Patti, thanks for starting us.  Stay warm.  Glad you were in before the wind hit.  Nice of Ryan to take Ben with him and then overnight.  enjoy your lazy day.

Margie, hope you are feeling better.  Take care.

Tracie, stay warm.  Interesting how they manage to have certain shoes for certain floors,  must be a conspiracy of the floor and tennis shoe companies so you have to buy just their type.  :)  Hope DS makes the team.   What year is he?

Cherie, take care, that does seem a long time to wait but while you do, please be careful what you do.  Thanks for sharing the adorable pic of Jayden.

Well, off to warm up my feet, the floors are cold , must have a draft coming thru.  Surprise surprise.

Good Morning Ladies Hope everyone is doing well this Sunday morning. DH has been up for a while, but i just got up a little while ago. DH is now making me a cup of coffee while i post. it's snowing AGAIN! but I don't think it will be a big storm this time.

Yesterday was such a nice day, spending time with DH. I'm so glad I got to see where he works. Afterwards, we went out to lunch, then to Home Depot. By the time we got home, it was time to get ready for church. While we were out, my nephews daughter called and left the cutest message asking us to buy girl scout cookies from her. When I called back they weren't home, so I'll call back today.

I'm not sure what my plans are for today. i do have laundry to fold and put away, and every Sunday I make us a nice breakfast. Supper for tonight is velvetta casserolle, and a salad. WE're still enjoying my birthday cake, so thats what we'll have for dessert. Last night, I started another new book by Danielle Steel, Bungalow 2. So far I'm enjoying it, so hopefully I'll get some reading done today.

    Margie, Hope your feeling better.

Patti, How nice of Daniel to let you know ahead of time Margie isn't feeling well, and for you to start todays post. Hope your staying warm, and enjoying your Sunday.

I guess I'll join dh downstairs by the wood stove, and watch the morning news.

    Sending HUGS!

Good morning, running through for a quick hello.

Margie, sorry your're not feeling well.  Wish I could bring you a hug and a cup of chicken soup!

We're all going to my ds's house today to celebrate his 30th birthday.  Everything is made and ready to put in the car.  I made a huge pan of crazy italian and Kate made choc and lemon cakes.  I also have the fixins for salad.  I'm hungry thinking about it!

Thank you all for the well wishes for the surgery. My doc gave me a light duty note for work until then.  I'm trying to maintain the pain.  I had a few moments yesterday while shopping.

I need to get busy.  Hope everyone has  a great day.  Hugs, love and prayers to all in need.

    Good morning everyone,

Margie, hope you feel better soon.

Jill, I have threatened many times to tie one of the kids on the top of the car. I think by now they know I won't do it. I have just gotten to the point where I don't take both of them at the same time unless I have to. I really would rather just grocery shop by myself. They always distract me and make me forget something.

Cherie, hope you are better soon. Jayden is too cute. I sure hope Kate is doing better than Ashley in the mommy department. I swear it is amazing that Sierra is still alive. Of course,  I can't really do anything about it. I have talked to a lawyer and I am afraid that if I make too much fuss that she will just run and take Sierra and I won't know where she is. At least this way I can keep my eye on her somewhat. She will either straighten up or mess up big enough that I have grounds to take her. Does your e-mail work?

Patti, stay in from the cold and snow. We are supposed to get up to 40 today. Never thought I would think of that as warm. Friday it is supposed to be 50. I am almost excited.

Jill, with all of the pictures that you are sending out I wonder if I would recognize your house if I drove by. We are talking about going camping at Frontier Land Camp Ground this summer. Wouldn't I go right by your house? It is in Ocean City, MD.

Well, I can't remember anything else. My pea brain being so small and all. Too many facts to remember, too little area to hold it in. Got to go make breakfast and then will head out to go get shots to give to puppies. They are 7 weeks old today. I think I am going to put them on Craigslist and in the paper so we can get rid of them. Another guy that lives around the corner from us also has some beagle puppies. He already has his advertised in his front yard. His aren't as old as ours are, but he is getting rid of them anyway. Maybe he is preselling them. We shouldn't have too much problems since no one else in the area is selling them.

Going to make beef stew and biscuits for dinner. May make a cake later. Last night I made chili. Just want warm food since it has been so cold in here. Hopefully it will even out since it isn't getting down to the teens any more.

You all have a great day.

Darlene, Frontier Land is about 15-20 mi from us, off 50 but we aren't on 50 we are about 3 mi off the road.  So you'll be going by me.  Maybe I can meet up with you then.  We went to the water slide and miniature golf one time years ago.

I forgot to open a new window so we'll see how much I can remember.

Patrti, thanks for starting us. Wow, are you guys getting the snow. Seems like it is almost every day.

Margie, so sorry you are so sick. Especially sorry that your back is bothering you, especially after all you have gone through with it. Sending hugs and prayers.

Theresa, I guess we will have to agree to disagree today. THe Eagles are actually a team that I like, and if they win today I will be rooting for them, but for today I just have to root for the Cards. They have been so awful for so long and I am usually for the underdog, especially this time.

Jill, got a kick out of you saying there were itmes you wanted to put the kids on the roof of the car when they were bickering. Also was encouraging as they get along so well now. Tom and I were werid. We always got along great. I want to scan and post some pics of when I was a kid. Have some great pics from my childhood. Tom was so cute! And wouldn't you know it, I was still into bears and music? Guess that has been a lifelong ting.

Am going to have to check the post to see who else posted. My memory is not exactly what it used to be. It still isn't bad, though.

I had the dumbest dream in the world last night. It was a sort of an "I have cold feet because I am getting married and I never even met the guy or knew anything about him. The "guy" turned out to be a space alien who was green, had Mr Spock ears, and green glitter hair...and he said I was ugly (LOL). It was one of the most ridiculous dreams I have ever had. Like I have said before and I mean, I doubt very seriously if I will ever get married again, but if I did, I would make sure I knew the guy first. Good grief.I think the kielbasa, sauerkraut and fried potatoes went to my brain. I am one of the most cautious peole on the face of the earth. Gregg and I knew each other (and were dating a lot of that time) for six years before we got married.

Dowie, isn't it funny how when you are a teenager/young adult in love you think you are so mature and so ready to get married, and when you on the parent or person who has been married a long time role you look at the younger age and think, wow, that is way too young to get married? I seriously feel for any couple who is getting married this year because the economy is so horrible right now to try to start out. It was pretty horrible right after Gregg and I got married because nobody could buy a house with the 19% interest rates. When we bought the other house, the interest had dropped to 10% and we thought it was good.

Have church this morning. Not sure if the group is going out or nor. Would like to go out with them, but the Cardinals game is up first, so not sure I will. Going to take the easy way out and make frozen taquitos and guacamole and chips for dinner. Was thinking about also making a light chili rellenos casserole. I have a good one which I have posted before but was also looking at one from LIght and Tasty and one from Country Woman I think. Need stuff for that though so will have to to to store.

Waving hi to everybody I missed. I'll be back on in a second.

    Good morning!

17º & cloudy, temp not supposed to get much "warmer" and could see some flurries. We got only about an inch or so yesterday, and had a little freezing drizzle last evening, but the roads seem fine now.

No real plans for today; Danielle's friend will be here part of the day, and my niece is coming this afternoon for a bit while my sister goes to a meeting. Have a bunch of "to-try" recipes, may make one of those for supper.

(((Margie))), miss you Mama June, hope you feel much better soon!

Patti, thanks for getting us started! Glad you found new tennies for Sam. I made homemade mac & cheese for supper last night - good comfort food!

Tracie, glad it's not as cold there today; good luck finding Kevin's shoes!

Jill, hope you don't get the freezing stuff. Hope Ginger & Holly both feel better soon. Cauliflower & ham casserole sounds good!

Denise, glad you enjoyed yesterday with your DH. Enjoy a piece of cake for me....no one else here likes coconut, so I don't have it very often.

Deb, hope you have a nice visit with your mom; keeping her in my prayers.

Cherie, hope you're feeling ok. Wishing you a safe trip and hope you have a great time at your son's house; the food sounds soooo good! Belated Happy Birthday to him!!

Darlene, good luck with the puppies and their shots, and hope you're able to find good homes for them soon. Your supper sounds good!!

Well, 45 minutes after I started.....the girls are up and wanting breakfast, so better get off here. Hope everyone has a good day!!

    hugs, Lisa

Waving hi to Tracie, Denise, Deb, Cherie also. I could swear there was somebody else I was supposed to be remembering. This is ridiculous!!!!

I discovered something called Dogbook on facebook yesterday on on of Gregg's dear nephew's wife sites. You make profiles for your dog, post pics and can even find friends for them (LOL). If you are on facebook check it out. I have pics of Bo and Biscuit on there, what they like to do, etc. It is too cute!

I didn't do a doggone productive thing last night...but it was fun.

Hope you all have a wonderful day.

DO NOT EAT ANY PEANUT BUTTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did everyone read/see the warnings out?  There is a nation wide salmonella worry.  No one should eat any products that have peanut butter/peanut paste as ingredients.

GEE  WHIZ!      That really incompasses alot of food products!

I will let the kids continue to eat the peanut butter that is already open in the cupboard, we've been eating that for a while now.  But not opening any of the new jars in pantry or the peanutbutter ball cereals.  Wow, guess I really need to look at ingredients right now till this is under control.
