I received my cookbook from Evelyn (cUtsie) - "Check it out! The Best of Herrick Home Cooking". The book was compiled by the public library, so the name really fits. Lots of good looking recipes but I think my son will really enjoy the shrimp casserole on page 58. Evelyn also sent a very newsy letter which I appreciated, since I haven't spent any time in Michigan. Thanks so much!
