    I received recipes from Kate Marie - OMG - they are the best! I do not want to give surprises away - but I will say I can't to try them all! More details when all recipes are delivered!

    Hello Andrea my friend...


    I received your packet of recipes yesterday in the mail................ so many awesome summer time recipes to try.... The zucchini pickles really fascinate me because I have so darn many zucchini....  cut down to only ONE plant this year, and still have way more than we can eat....
    LOVE corn fritter recipe...yesterday was one of our banks many customer appreciation events... We buy locally grown sweet corn from the farmers and give it away to the customers.... Bagging 600+ bags of corn at 7 AM in the heat is a JOY... (not really)... Our customers love the gesture and it is a fun day all around...... to get back to my point.. I brought home 2 dozen ears and corn fritters it will be for a side tonight.

    Thanks once again for a GREAT swap & the wonderful recipes....

    Kate - that makes me happy! We love the pickles! Now.....wonder...could you can them? I know they last a long time in the frig.....but!
