Good Wee Hours of the Morning, Buds! The Chilly Filly is using her trusty remote to open the garden gate. Y'all come on in & sit & chat a while. We woke up to SNOW yesterday morning!!! We had about an inch here, but Hattiesburg got 3 inches in some places! Now all of the roads are icing over & the HP is begging people to stay off of the roads if at all possible. DH & I will most likely not go to church in the morning. There were numerous wrecks because of the slippery roads. It is snowing right now. Bet the DGK'S love it but poor Hayley doesns't have a coat.
We had a great time in town yesterday. I went to spend the gift cert. that Wade got me and went over by $35. That one shocked me. But I also got Hayley a holder for her cuddle kid so that was some of the money. Then we went out to lunch. Then the kids and I went to Wally World and the parents left us alone. I got Connor a little front loader cat and when he got it he said Oh man baby this is cool. Cracked me up.

Good Morning Ladies - It is very cold here, but at least the sun is shining and it LOOKS like a pretty day. I went to church on the radio again-to cold to get out and moving this early today. I may go to the WC later and work out, but will see.
Had a great time with the kids yesterday afternoon - they called and asked me to meet them at the place where the reception is going to be held-they they came here and we booked their honeymoon- they are going to St. THomas the end of AUg. They had always planned to wait a little before going, but then couldn't get in when they wanted, so it was to chose a different time or different resort-they chose to wait a little longer.
We hashed over some more things, and and then I asked if they would like chicken noodle soup, order pizza, or go out, and after a discussion, deceided to go to the place that I often go with the neighbor gals - - It's about 7 miles out, and as cold as it was, I said it would probably be a slow night out there - - WRONG -- it was packed, but we did get a table right away. dI had my good chicken, D had fish, and GF a steak - all were full and happy! and I have the breast and leg left for today! AND, they bought! Imagine that? I certainly planned to, but they wanted to do it. Must have been that week in St. Thomas that did it!
Well, gotta go get more coffee - maybe get rid of some too! LOL

Diana, that really was the funniest thing I have seen in a long time.....Thank God I just looked at it BEFORE I had my makeup on....my eyes were so watery from all the laughing...I watched it again with hubby and he thought it was funny too!!!
No big plans for the day...doing some laundry and made some boxed blueberry muffins...most likely will watch Football...now I will cheer for the Giants!
Laura, I think that bundle of joy will be one spoiled little guy!!! It sounds like a lot of diapers but they will go right through them in no time!!

I didn't get to Church this morning but two of the boys did. DH is on his way south. The trip was delayed by one day this weekend. He left early as he wants to be over the pass before dark.
Pat, it does sound like a lot of diapers but will probably only last a month.
I think we'll probably be watching football today, too. Not sure which teams I'm going to cheer for. I tend to root for the underdogs, so we'll see.
Going to be cold here tonight. I started the fire this morning and did good getting it going in less than a couple of minutes. Already feeling the benefits.

Laura, I just bought Jordyn a box of 144 diapers. Ya, I'd say about a months worth. Just have to be careful not to buy too many in one size too soon. The little stinkers grow so Fast!!
Jane, sounds like the soon to be newly weds got some of the Big Plans taken care of!! That has to be a load off... We stopped at wally-world after our brunch and it is 4 degrees out ~~~~~~~~ Buuurrrrrrrrrrr!

Jeanne, no news from Puff ~ Hopefully no news is good news. Hopefully she shows up here soon and fills us in on her details...I called Steve tonight on his cell and got voice mail. 20 minutes later Alex calls back. She has his phone, she just got home and he isn't there ~ She told me the police came to their door last night with her purse! All of her ID's were still intact in the purse. But her cell phone & camara were not ~ I can only hope she has learned a valuable lesson out of all this. And I'm waiting to find out why Steve didn't call me last night to let me know she got her purse back!!
Our Insight cable co. was bought out recently by Comcast! I hope they don't start taking our channels away! Remember when TV was Free ???!!!! Next we'll be paying for Radio too ~ They are already working on that with the Satellite Radio ~~~ Crazy I tell ya!!

Jeanne, any good buys? I bought a tablecloth and some vintage cooling racks lately. I don't think I have your e-mail anymore, or I would send a picture. I have shared some of my kitchen pictures with some I have e-mails of and have asked. Do you have my e-mail?
We'll guess who I was off junkin around today? Kirsty Alley. She was at the flea market. I heard someone say something that she was there. but didn't start looking or anything. Then later I was looking at a highchair and looked up and she was walking away from me. I ran into her alot. She was all over the place. She is rather loud, but I guess we all figure that! I really didn't look at her alot because I didn't want to look stupid! Anyway, I know she has been staying in her house here, but don't know how long she will stay. She has her scientology church here. She also started a school but I think it closed or something.
