Good Morning Ladies  - -  Hi Puff, long time -- - What's happening in your corner of the world.   Nice rememberance, as we know the Fathers with us will be remembered today, but for those of us who only have those memories, it was a comforting thought.

Had another shower as I was going to bed last night.   Sounded like it was coming down good, but don't know how much.  Everybit is welcome.

    Have a good day, everyone.

Good Evening Laedies of the Rose Room!

Been busy here this weekend. G & I went to Jamie's to visit her and the cousins (and made a trip to Sam's while there) then on to collect Grumpa from the airport Thursday night. Friday afternoon Randie made it here for a visit from Memphis. Alex came over after work to visit. We all went to eat at one of our fav Italian Rest. Saturday Jamie and the girls came here and we all went to the swimming pool. Was a sunny & very warm day for it. Came home and cleaned up then out to lunch and back home for more visiting. The kids had a ball at the pool together!! Early evening Sat. we Finally got some measurable rain. Steve thought an in. or better... We needed it so bad! Today we went out to breakfast and from there Randie drove to Jamie's to stay with her for a few days. I took Steve back to the windy city this afternoon to catch that big bird in the sky heading west ~~~~

Tomorrow after G's swim lesson we will head to Jamie's (she's working) and lunch with Randie & the girls and then head to the outlet mall for a little retail therapy :)

Better late than never, I guess.  Great to see Puff here!  What as nice sentiment as well.

Wow, you sure have been  busy, Diana!  Great that Steve could be home for Fathers' Day.Sounds like you had a really nice time.

We didn't do to much. Dan was coming down with a cold and not feeling too well so he didn't come over which was ok. No one here wants the bug.  He is also going to the dr. next week cuze he just has n't been feeling well. Not up on all cylinders so I'm glad he is getting a check up. It's been a while. One thing, he works very long hours and I know he doesn't get enough sleep.  I don't think you feel like doing much when you're sleep deprived.  Joe couldn't leave the "compound" as he left a tv on after his shirt. He checks out tv's before they can be sold and he left one on when he left his work station so he was grounded for the weekend. Well, that's the rules. He said he was really ok with that cuze he needed to catch up on sleep anyway.  So I made ribs & potato salad for Tom, Caprese and baked beans. All his favorite stuff. I think Mary made the same meal for Dan. All in all a good Dad's day in our neck of the woods.

Hope everyone else had a nice day. The sun was brilliant here so we were happy. Watched the golf tourny and that was about it.

    Time for bed!
