    Good Morning Rose Wimmen on this Independence Day!

    So HOT here! Expecting 100 today and 102 tomorrow ~ Leaving later this morn to collect Grumpa from the airport. He has a nice long weekend home this time.

    Same here Pat! Our fireworks were last night, so it should be a quiet day here. Going to be over 100° again. Now they are saying no relief until MAYBE Sunday!! I'll just catch up with some TV & stay cool.! ;) Hope you all have a great day!!!

    Good Morning Ladies - - Just checking in and saying Happy July 4th to each and everyone -- No plans here either, except to stay in and keep cool.  I just don't see where it would be fun to go to a parade or something like that today!  Maybe I'm just getting old, but my A/C sounds better.  Have a good day.

    Hi everyone.

     

    Happy July 4th.  No big plans here.  SIL will join us for grilled steaks and most of the fixings that go with it.

     

    DH is out of the hospital.  Currently out for a while with his brother.  Gives me a little time to post.  He is still weak, will be having home PT, Health services.  When that is over he will go to out patient PT and whatever else he needs.  He feels much better being home and even went with me to the grocery store for a fast pick up.  $42 later we got home an he slept for 2 hours after.

     

    Thank you, Thank you, thank you, to everyone for the prayers and good thoughts for DH in this latest surgery.  i never felt like I was alone through the long days spent at the hospital.  God bless you all.

     

    Gotta go. He will be hone soon.

    Happy Independence Day, Rosies!

    Have been up since too early today.  DH and I made pancakes at the church this morning.  I am tired now and would love a nap, but have Hayden for the day.  Put a pan of brownies in to take to a BBQ tonight.  Not sure what else I'll do.  For now, just taking it easy.
