Good Morning Ladies - - Another warm day on the front, but still cool in the house - It's been closed up so long, that the hot air hasn't had a chance to come in.  Just a couple of windows open a bit, but not the doors.  It was about 9:30 when I got home last night, so didn't open up.

If you are interesterd in DS's surgery, I posted that on the Grannies, and you can go read it there, and I won't have to redo it.  I will say that it went well, so that was good - took a long time but hopefully, he will be on the road to feeling better now, and get the feeling back in his hands and legs again.

Need to shower and have somethng to eat - TTYL  Not sure if I'll be going back to the hospital or not, he should get to come home today.

    Good morning,

Jane, I did go to the grannies to read about your DS's surgery. It sounds like quite an ordeal. I can scarcely believe they would release someone from the hospital so soon after all that. Sure has changed since the days I worked. I know it has to be a relief  to you to have it over with; and I hope his recovery goes smoothly. You must be exhausted.

I'll be heading back to the hospital around 2 -  - - as he will be staying another night.  He is having more pain today, which I would think would be expected, and a fever, which is what is most likely keeping him.  It's about an hour drive up there, but his MIL is riding along.  She may stay the night with DIL and come home with them tomorrow.  Time will tell on that, I guess.

    HI Ladies!

I went to the grannies to read about your DS's surgery too Jane. That sounds like the same surgery Steve had in Vegas!!! In threw the throat and all. Steve biggest problem with the surgery was an Incredible soar throat for about 4 days after the surgery!!! Steve had donor bone for the disks. Did your DS too? Going threw the throat instead of threw the back (muscle) makes recovery time shorter.... Good to hear they are keeping him another night. Steve only had 1 night in the hospital ~ I think you have to be almost dying to be kept for any length of time anymore...

Hot and almost 90 here today with full sun... Not as humid as it could be...

You'll have your pool up and running in no time Miss Maizey and thos grands will be thrilled :)

I did my vaccuming today then ran errands. Now home for the night.

    Stay cool ladies!!
