so many recipes from so many sites and magazines do not give out all the info....so I have had to educate myself on what counts I am looking at....like fiber or fat....calories too..etc ..and then in turn I decide how I will change a recipe for how I eat....low calorie....
sadly some cooking magazines I just pass on as I can tell by most of the recipes that they are just not how I eat...
so I am wishing you good luck on your weight loss journey.....and education is the key....then KEEPING it off is the real trick....losing it for me was EASY....keeping it off...HARDEST thing I have ever done....BUT SO REWARDING!!!!!
It's not how you start, it's how you end....so end strong!!
Walk yourself strong!!
Does it make a difference if the sugars are natural or otherwise? For example I know it is very difficult to tell the difference in a can of fruit how much of the sugar per serving is natural sugar from the fruit and how much is added. Although, the FDA is working on this and I actually did find a couple of cans of no-sugar added peaches at the store that had notes on it.
