I'm in search of the following recipes:
Healthy Recipes: Good-for-you dishes that pack a nutritious punch! We're looking for recipes that start with lean meats and/or fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits. If they can be table-ready in 30 minutes or less, we'd love to try them!
Meal Stretchers: Also known as "budget stretchers," these are the recipes--or additions to recipes--that help you stretch your dollars or serve more people. Maybe it's adding chili to top off pasta or tossing an extra can or two of beans into the pot.
Second Time Around: Like you, we're looking for thrifty ways to get two great meals from one cut of meat. Send us your best recipes for using up those leftovers from Sunday's roast, chicken, or ham. Be sure to include the original recipe, along with the recipe for dinner "the second time around."
