I just made this salad today to take to a salad luncheon. I have tasted this salad before and it is delicious. Not only that but it is so quick to prepare. I think I spent more time opening the cans and chopping the peppers and onions than mixing it up. I am waiting to add the Fritos until just before serving as I don't want them to get soggy. If you need to take a salad somewhere or just serve it to the family, this is a hit.

Thanks for the salad recomendation. I remember it from tasting it in the test kitchen, it was creamy and the fritos add a nice crunch.
Hi, Marie. Well, I have to tell you. I took this salad to the luncheon and everyone loved it. I saved just enough to bring home to DH and the rest was eaten up. It was a definite hit.The Fritos make this salad.
