My daughter is looking through my magazine and the Chicken Fajita Alfredo on page 18 catches her eye. Ingredient 6 is.... 1 serving leftover Chili's chicken fajitas, coarsely chopped. You used to have recipes that used everyday ingredients. This is so.....sorry can't think of the right word. We don't live anywhere near a Chili's... imagine going to a restaurant so you can make this recipe!!!!
I just looked at the article and it is all about what to do with leftovers you bring home from restaurants. I'm sure you could use fajitas from any restaurant or even fajitas you make at home, in the recipe. It's just giving some ideas of what to do with doggie bag fajitas. They just used Chili's as an example. Just saw the last sentence, " Other homemade or restaurant fajitas would work equally well in this dish."
