Can anyone tell me if it will make a difference in the final product if you substitute marshmallow creme for marshmallows? If anyone tried it, please let me know.

Yes, there will be a difference but it depends on what you're making as to how much of a difference and whether or not it's worth the switch. Marshmallow cream won't set up like marshmallows so your end result will be gooey-er than it would be with plain marshmallows.

I have a very difficult time deciphering the line between boredom and hunger.
I didn't have anything specific in mind. But I can see where it would be gooey if I used it for Rice Krispies Treats, and can't use it to make Rocky Road Fudge. Thanks for your response.

for Marshmallows and Marshmallow Creme:
oz Marshmallow Creme = approximately 1-1/2 cups
oz Marshmallow Creme = approximately 3 cups
Regular Marshmallow = 13 Miniature Marshmallows
Regular Marshmallows = 1 cup
oz bag Miniature = 8 cups
oz bag Miniature = 5-1/2 cups
Miniature Marshmallows = 1/2 cup Miniature Marshmallows
Regular Marhsmallows = 1/2 cup
Regular Marshmallows = 16 oz bag
mini marshmallows are equivalent to 1 large marshmallow
