Okay, I've enjoyed about all I can the new Feb & Mar issue of TOH. I feel like I've memorized every page while looking, but I can't find that hidden blooming (or unblooming) onion!! Can someone please rescue an old woman and give her a hint (narrow it down to ten pages or so)??

I found that little booger - got a magnifying glass, put the magazine on my kitchen counter and dared my hubby to interrupt me!!!! That was quite the little hiding place. I feel so good right now - mission accomplished.

Thank you for the reminder to look for the onion. Forgot all about it. Now, like you, I've looked and looked and can't find it!!!! Maybe I'll have better luck with the next issue.
HaHaHaHa... lots of fun with this one. A trick that I use to try to locate the hidden object, is to turn the magazine upside down - your eye is not used to looking at familiar objects when they are upside down, and sometimes, not always, but sometimes the hidden object becomes more apparent. Good luck !

I have looked every which way and still am having no luck. I have even enlisted the help of some family and friends. All failed attempts. Can someone just please let me know where it is before I drive myself crazy?

Steffie, If I told you, I would have to ____ you. Kidding, of course. Welcome to the Taste of Home Community, and I would love to tell you where it is but that spoils it for everyone else. This months hidden object is probably one of the more difficult to find that I have seen in all the years of looking for the hidden object. But, I will give you a hint: it is somewhere between pages 50 and 64. Good luck.

I'm new to this and don't know the rules! Is it usually the same color as they show it? Do they usually put it in pictures? Can it be in ads, that's my biggest question!
Hi, Stephanie... welcome to the Taste of Home Community, and the monthly perplexing problem of trying to find the hidden object. See if this helps: it will always be the same exact color, but it may be not be the same exact size. It will not be inside an ad, and it will never just be standing all by itself, but hidden in a picture. Usually, it blends very well with its surroundings, so when you are hunting, look for similar colors. And, as previously mentione, it may help if you turn the magazine upside down...
