I am currently a stay at home mom to one 20 yr old daughter and 18 yr old son. I will be celebrating 24 years of marriage on 7/13
Hmmmm.......can't really say other than making a good meal when the cupboard is low. Sometimes it's smoke and mirrors cooking around here!LOL!
I've had my share! Maybe the time I had a gourmet group over for dinner and I was in charge of cooking the main portion of the meal, cornish hens. I forgot to thaw them early enough and so had to start cooking them while still frozen. THIS DOES NOT WORK! I ended up microwaving a dish at a time while people waited. Oh and 1 hen was supposed to be cut in two for each couple. That didn't happen either. Yeah, I guess you could say it was a disaster!
I like the saying, "Be kind to everyone because we are all fighting some kind of battle" or something of the like. It is so true! "And if you can't be kind, be vague."
