When I was dating my husband I lived in an apartment by myself and hadn't baked anything. I asked my husband over to supper and made a chicken and rice casserole that I had made dozens of times for my family when I was growing up and it had never failed. However, the oven temperature in the apartment was not set correctly and the casserole was overdone and dry. Thankfully, he did not hold it against me and now we have been married for 21 years and have three wonderful teenage sons who love my "Fluffy Chicken" casserole.
