My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Being able to cater parties serving 50 people, providing appetizers, salad, main courses, non-alcoholic beverages, and desserts for under $200.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Anytime I don't clean up after cooking. I am amazed at how much dishes will pile up if you don't stay on it.
