Learning to invent my own recipes and finally being able to adjust the spices in recipes to my liking
One time I was going to make gravy and I usually put some cold water and a couple of tablespoons of flour in a tupperware and shake it up before I mix it into the rest of the broth. Well, I wasn't thinking and i put hot broth in the tupperware and then put the lid on and shook it up. Needless to say the steam built up pressure and the thing exploded all over me and the kitchen...haha.
