About Me: I am the Taste of Home Brand Publicist. I love to bake and I'm beginning to love to cook as well! My husband says I've become a much better cook since I started working for Taste of Home -- go figure!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Recently my mother sent me a picture in the mail. It must have been from when I was in 4th grade because I was so young. It was a Polaroid and all that was written on it was, "Bethany's first angel food cake." It was half the size of what an angel food cake should be and it was obviously burnt. Thank goodness my baking skills only improved from that point on!

My Food For Thought: Food is like life...It's too good to hurry through... take your time, enjoy every bite!
