About Me: I am 35, have 2 kids, married for 13 years. I live in Oregon and am currently doing home daycare and am a consultant for Close to My Heart.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I had never even heard of potato soup until I got married and my MIL made it. I loved it!! I tried many times to make it and my husband would always say "Good, but not mom's." When he finally said it beat mom's was a good day! We like it too much to just have it at their house.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I was in high school and made a huge batch of sugar cookies for christmas. I baked them all, sprinkles and everything. One of my brothers finally tasted one and said it was awful. I had used baking soda instead of baking powder. The pigs got dozens of sprinkled sugar cookies.
