About Me: I'am 61, retired 5 years ago from Banking. I'am a very social person and like to make new friends all the time. Love to entertain and have a big party or BBQ with all my family and friends. Want to learn ITALIAN which is my heritage on my mom's side. GD is 1/2 Italian and I would like to teach her and take her to Italy some day.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Learning how to make homemade PESTO sauce like my mom used to make. She always used real butter and not olive oil.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Trying to make a pie crust. Finally gave up after trying about 10 diff techniques and receipes. I remember my Gramma telling me. You either have the nack for it or not. I do not. Her's was delicious and flaky and she had NO receipe.

My Food For Thought: Live for today, don't dwell on the past, and take care of your self and family first.
