About Me: I am an aunt to 11 and love them dearly. I currently work as a children's librarian and love it. I am known for my chocolate creations and collection. I own more than 120 chocolate cookbooks and many other chocolate related things.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Teaching myself to make truffles and peppermint marshmallows dipped in chocolate.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: When I was 11 I used 1/2 cup salt instead of 1/2 teaspoon salt.
