About Me: I am a contracted cook for a sorority, cater private affairs, some included country singer Aaron Tippin and Blackhawk. They are very nice. I am also a sugar artist, cake designer and have sat under Nicholas Lodge. (He made Prince Charles/Princess Diana's wedding cake, as well as numerous things for the white house, and is also a judge for food/cake challenges for food network.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: When I get out of my comfort zone and try something totally different.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Misjudged the size of the jar I needed to use for a sourdough starter. It overflowed.

My Food For Thought: Anyone can buy someone a dinner, but there is a great joy that comes from making someones meal and seeing them enjoy it. (plus it is healthier)
