I'm a 27 year-old newlywed from Joliet, Illinois. I work full time in the Insurance industry and I'm also pursuing my MBA. I'm a HUGE Chicago Bears fan and I love all the fall/winter comfort food that goes along with football season. I'm looking forward to moving into our new town-home this November and making it "home". I enjoy cooking when I can and I'm hoping that practice will start making perfect!
I found an easy recipe for herbed, grilled potatoes. I prepared and made a huge quantity for a church party and there were no leftovers! I renamed them "Dang-these-are-so-good-there-are-bound-to-be-no-leftovers-potatoes".
I can not bake anything! Even break and bake cookies are a challenge sometimes :)
