Born 6/27/58, married to Mike since 1979, two daughters and one grandson. Taste of Home Field Editor. Worked at Missouri Farm Bureau for over 23 years. Very active and devoted mom, but been dealt quite a blow with a heart condition requiring a special procedure at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis on 4/30/08. Hoping it is the first step (it will be a long process from what I understand) to getting back to being "me" again.
Having my "famous" oatmeal rolls featured in Taste of Home. Also, having my kitchen featured in Taste of Home in the June/July '08 edition.
Making a batch of cookies using cinnamon instead of cocoa! Also, turning a whole uncooked german chocolate pie upside down in my refrigerator!
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
