About Me: I am a senior, almost 68 yrs old, been married for 31 years to a real sweet fellow. He has 4 children and I have 2 but between the two of us we have 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grands. I can no longer work in the yard but do enjoy raising my violets as well as miniature roses on the deck. I am a self-taught quilter which I work on mainly in the winter months. Of course I love to cook. Since food always tastes better when enough is made to share, and there is only my husband and myself, our freezer is always ready with made ahead meals.
