About Me: I am a wife, mom and grandma. I have 13 grandchildren with 2 more due by June. I live in the most beautiful Pacific Northwest. I am a fulltime office manager for a sign manufacturing company. I enjoy cooking and truly believe that the kitchen is the hub of the home. Love to have company over and try out new recipes on them! I love to craft and to ride on our Harley. I guess we are just all everyday people sharing our recipes, our hearts and our lives here on the boards! Besides cooking, I love to do crafts! I will do just about anything I see that really interests me. Crocheting, sewing, scrapbooking, florals, cross stitch are the ones I tend to do the most.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I can't think of one single triumph. I have made a LOT of family holiday meals, which have ranged from 35 to 55 in attendance. I think good food, lots of love and fun make them successes.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Using IMITATION bacon bits in a tuna casserole. TOTALLY ruined it... UNEDIBLE! lol Very early in the marriage.

Li'l Cheddar Meat Loaves
I got this recipe from my Aunt when I was a teen and have made these lip-smacking miniature loaves many times. My husband and three children count this main dish among their favorites. The recipe is also great for company since it's easily doubled or tripled.
