Mostly happily married for 41 years. I work as an apartment manager and a teleservice agent. I'm short with spikey gray hair. I'm told I look like Paula Deen every time I'm out and about.
Cooking a 25 lb turkey my first year of marriage, complete with all the fixings...nothing burned, and everything was delicious (or so they said)
Meatloaf that looked like a gray cement block. It had the same density and taste, though, I have to admit, I'm only guessing at what a cement blocks taste like....this was also during my first year of marriage. I had invited guests to partake of what I thought was going to be a fabulous meal. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if the chocolate custard pie had set up...as it was, we had to eat it with a straw....I can laugh now, but then it was pretty humiliating.
