I love spending time with my husband and our family. We enjoy travel and working around our home.
Every year I do a St Patrick's Day dinner party - it's always a success.
In the early days of my marriage, I had no cooking skills. In attempting to make mashed potatoes, I boiled the potatoes and kept adding water as it evaporated. After about 2 hours of boiling - well, they weren't mashed, they were mushed!
Life is too short to eat things I don't like or to do things I don't enjoy!
