About Me: I have been married to the same great guy for more than 30 years. We are the proud parents of two grown children, one son and one daughter, both are now in their twenties. I love cooking for my kids when they are home. Most of the time however it is just my husband and myself. We are basically vegetarian but occasionally eat chicken or some healthy choice sausage with our favorite Cajun red beans and rice. Our favorite restaurants are Indian and Thai.
