About Me: I;m 53, married 28 years.We have 3 DD and 1 grandson Logan. i work part-time as a cashier at A&P. i have been there 30 years.I was born in Ireland and came to Canada when i was 22. i have only been back 4 times... hopefully for your 30th wedding anniversary we will be able to go to Europe. DH is from Scilly. I haven't been well in the past couple of years so i'm not able to travel so far .

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: When i do the Christmas dinners at the Church ... to make 130++ people happy is so cool.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: The Super Senior Sunday i burnt the Gravy.. I had just made the gravy and had when to the second kitchen in the Church ... of course someone stopped to talk to me and when i got back the pot had burnt. We had to through it all out and try and make more gravy. i was soooo mad as i just lost all the good roast beef dippings. so it was beef broth and onion soup mix to the rescue... believe it or not .. everyone said the dinner was realllly good ... they just didn't know about the flop....
