I'm a young stay at home mom. I've loved baking for as long as I can remember! My days are full of playing with my little boy, rocking my colickybaby girl, and trying to clean and make dinner. I recently fell in love with making bread, I find it very theraputic.
Last week, my husband was coming home for lunch and wanted pizza. So, for the first time ever, I whipped up a pizza, crust and all from scratch!
It was during our first year of marriage. My husband was having a really bad day so I wanted to fix his favorite dinner - lasanga. Everything was going perfectly, the lasanga was in the oven and the table was set. When I took the lasanga out of the oven, I must not have opened the oven all the way because the door started closing. It bumped my arm, causing me to drop the entire pan upside-down!
