My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: when i was a kid, i tried tomake chocolate frosting. i misread the recipie and used regual sugar instead of powedered. but we turned it into brownies instead and i learned the diffrance in sugars.

My Food For Thought: cooking should be fun and easy, not hecktic and complex. if it is you need to be getting paid and have your own TV show.
