Retired Truck Driver,,after 35 yearsof being gone it is nice being home. Served in the USArmy inthe early 1960's.
Haveing cooked a full sit down meal for over 100 Ladies of our church. (did this Twice). and didn't poison anyone. I had 1 helper for food prep, and 12 men helped serve the meals.
Really havent had any disasters..just minor goofs.
Don't be afraid of trying something new..
