I'm not a very good cook, I stick to the staples, meat and potatoes. Once in awhile, I feel creative and I'll toss something different together, and then the recipe gets dusty, never used again. Hopefully, being a member will make me more creative in my cooking. I do have alot of never used spices again in my cupboards, so yeah, I hope you'll inspire me!
Me and my friend, we entered a chili contest and we won the best wild chili, using ground moosemeat! So I guess I'm not too bad of a cook.
Usually, once in a while I burn something, usually cookies because I get impatient, and go off and do something else.
Home is where the heart is. I try to create a loving home for my family and that includes baking, and cooking, and bringing out the best environment, for example, a crazy patch quilt tablecloth on the table, in the home.
