I am 20 years old I love to cook my favorite things to cook are casseroles, and soups. I love layering flavors and seeing what i can come up with.
I think my Greatest Cooking Triumph would half to be my chicken and broccoli casserole it was absalutley divine the yellow rice I added made it so scrumptious and the topping was absalutley wonderfull.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster was when I attempted a cream of broccoli soup in a cast iorn dutch oven, I had a long day at work and i was tired so I went and laied down and fell asleep when I woke up I found a pot full of burnt broccoli and cheese goup (yuck)
Never be affraid to try new things in the kitchen new spices, new ingredients whatever you think would be good your proabably right so try it :)
