Female, age 65 (almost),with a husband, age 68 (almost) 3 grown children, 2 are married. 4 boys in son and daughter-in-laws family and one grandaughter in daughter and son-in-laws family. One single son.
I can make a home made chocolate angel food cake that the relation will fight over. It is much, much higher than regular angel cakes. I also use a special home made frosting on it that is not real sweet and is cool, light and refreshing. At the family reunion two families were bidding on it at our auction . They bid up to $35.00 when they decided to get together on it and share the cakeso they wouldn't have to bid more.
Taking one of the angel cakes out of the oven too soon and it fell out of the pan onto the counter as it cooled.
Not really food but words of wisdom from my mother....Love many, trust few. Learn to paddle your own canoe.
