About Me: 49 year old retired cardiac nurse(retired due to disability, not age), married to my Soul Mate for almost 23 years, I keep my nursing license current so that I can go on mission trips to Nicaragua with my church,I have long blonde hair & green eyes & I think that I look really good for my age(LOL!) Hubby thinks so! :)

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I fix a mean chicken tetrazinni & I can fry up the most delicious pork chops(according to Hubby)

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I tried to make Pecan Pralines one Christmas & they were just syrup with pecans! I was unable to stir them briskly & for a long time because I have severe neurological damage in both of my hands.
