About Me: I am a teacher in the Alternative Education Sector. I have 20 at Risk Grade 8,9 and 10 students. I am married to the love of my life "my soul mate" Paul. I have three beautiful stepdaugters. Becca who is 17 and Rachel and Laura , identical twins who are 15. My father who is a world war II Vet lives with us. I have a beautiful Calvalier King Charles Spaniel who is my baby and her name is Nikkita .

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Every time I cook a Prime Rib. My husband calls me the "QUEEN OF MEAT" He says, no one can cook Prime Rib like me !!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I put Cayanne Pepper in my cinnamon rolls instead of cinnamon ...eeeeek !

My Food For Thought: Take what you want but eat what you take and always thank the cook !
