Married to a WONDERFUL guy! We have 3 kids (James, 7 yrs; Jossilyn, 4 yrs and Jacob, 3 yrs) w/#4 (Jerald Michael) due in about a month. My boys both benefit from gluten free meals and gluten free has also helped to lower my blood sugar levels. I also need a lower sodium diet, as my bp is currently going through the roof w/the pregnancy.
