About Me: I have two children and am married to the best man on the planet (sorry ladies hehe). I recently lost 150 lbs. and am trying to enjoy life to the fullest. I have 7 tattoos and am interested in anything gothic. I love dragons and heavy metal music. Then again I will also clean house listening to Enya or classical music. I am also interested in the occult (just an interest mind you, not a lifestyle :) Being unencumbered by employment due to Peripheral Neuropathy in my feet, I love to pass the time reading, doing crafts and of course cooking. Oh and did I mention Witchcraft? No? Huh! Oh and I have one hell of a sense of humor.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I made Pumpkin Cheesecake with a sweetened sour cream topping for my children when they came to visit. It was so good it should be illegal.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I really haven't had any disasters. I would say anything that didn't end up being truly delicious was a disaster.

My Food For Thought: Never trust a skinny cook and a balanced diet is a cookie in each hand. Whenever I make something particularly delicious I always say, "Now that's some eatin'".
