My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Probably making dinner in as few of steps as possible.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I once read that if you add cornstarch to Hot cocoa that it will be very smooth and creamy. I tried it and it turned into pudding while my daughter sat and read a book. It wouldn't come out of the mug. She came out of the bedroom laughing her butt off.
