About Me: I've been a single mother for 15 years. I have 2 children. DD, Katie, is 18 yrs old and most of the time we get along fairly well... although last year (2008) was a tough one for us. DS, Kyle is 15 yrs old, he's still sweet and loving... although he's definitely ALL BOY! LOL!! I work two jobs to support us, but we still make sure to find time to spend together. DD is a high school senior, and DS is a freshman... Doesn't seem possible. What else would you like to know? Just send me a msg.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Not poisoning anyone?? LOL! No, really. I'd have to say that my greatest triumph would teaching my both of my children to be wonderful cooks.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I guess that would be when I set the kitchen on fire, making toast! LOL!! Gimme a break, though I was only 5 years old!
